All Classes are currently live virtually. We offer small class size with no more than 6 people.  One-on-one classes are also available upon request.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! If you are looking for a first trimester pregnancy class, you have come to the right place! We offer an in-depth, informative class that covers everything you need to know during the first trimester, including nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being. Our certified instructors are here to guide and support you as you embark on this exciting journey. We hope you join us soon!

Second Trimester

Our  second trimester class is great for expectant moms who are past the first 3 months of pregnancy. Adrian Williams has been a labor and delivery nurse for over 20 years and together you will discuss how your body is changing, how your baby is growing, and when to call the doctor. We will even take time to discuss what’s normal as well as what would be concerning to your medical team. The goal of this class is to help you feel more empowered and to teach you how to be your own advocate when interacting with your health care team. Partners are welcome…see you soon!

Third Trimester

Our third trimester class is designed for moms who are within 3 months of their due date. You’ll work with Adrian Williams, a labor and delivery nurse of 20 years, who will walk you through what to expect as the big day approaches. Topics will include the growth of your baby, your bodily changes, when to go to the hospital and what to expect when you get there. The goal of this class is to teach you what’s normal and how to be your own advocate while working with your obstetric team. Partners are welcome and we’ll see you soon!

What is labor? How will you know when it’s the real deal? What do I need to bring to the hospital? Should I get an epidural? These are all questions you will learn the answers to during our labor class. Join labor and delivery nurse of 20 years, Adrian Williams, to learn how labor progresses, pain management solutions, the pushing process and how to expect the unexpected during this exciting time. The goal of this class is to educate you enough to be your own advocate and partners are welcome.

6 weeks to a year postpartum

Our Postpartum Education Classes are classes designed to provide new parents with information and support to help them transition into parenthood. These classes cover a variety of topics, including baby care, nutrition, breastfeeding, and emotional health. They also provide an opportunity to connect with other parents and build a supportive community. Postpartum Education Classes can be invaluable resources for new parents, helping to ensure that they have the knowledge and support they need to provide the best care for their baby.

Infant Feeding Class (Breast or Formula)

Attending an infant feeding class can be incredibly beneficial for both you and your baby. The class will provide you with knowledge about the best nutrition for your baby, as well as helpful tips on how to handle common feeding issues such as colic or reflux. You will also learn about the proper techniques for breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, as well as how to introduce solid foods to your baby. Additionally, this class can be a great way to meet other new parents who can offer support and advice. All in all, an infant feeding class is an invaluable resource that can help you become a more informed and confident parent.

Topics that will be covered are:
  • Breastfeeding Basics: This class covers the basics of breastfeeding, such as latching on, positioning, and storage of breastmilk.
  • Bottle Feeding Basics: This class covers the basics of bottle feeding, such as preparing formula, sterilizing bottles, and proper bottle-feeding techniques.
  • Combination Feeding: This class covers the basics of both breast and bottle-feeding.
  • Pumping and Milk Supply: This class covers the basics of breast pumping, such as setting up and using a breast pump, and tips for increasing milk supply.
  • Infant Nutrition: This class covers the basics of introducing solid foods, along with other important nutrition topics for infants.

Support Person Education and Support. For Husbands, Wives, Partners, Grandma's, or any other support person

We understand that having an infant can be a daunting and overwhelming experience, especially for those who have never been through it before. We are here to help and provide support for you and your family as you go through this exciting journey!

For husbands, wives, partners, grandparents, or any other support person, this class is designed to help you understand the unique needs of infants, develop your skills in infant care and communication, and provide the kind of support your infant needs.

American Red Cross​

The Red Cross Infant CPR class is designed to help equip parents, caregivers, and anyone who works with infants with the knowledge and skills to help save a baby's life in the event of an emergency. 

This course will cover topics such as how to recognize signs of choking, how to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths, when and how to use an infant AED, and how to help a baby that is not breathing or has no pulse. 

​Additionally, the course will provide participants with the opportunity to practice their skills on manikins, so they can feel confident in their ability to respond quickly and accurately in an emergency situation.

4th Trimester Concierge Service

Our concierge/in-home nurse services are essential for ensuring the health and safety of our patients. We provide postpartum check-ups, blood pressure, glucose and mental health screenings and referrals to ensure optimal health and wellbeing. Our team of experienced and dedicated nurses are available to provide comprehensive care and support to those in need. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care and services to our patients.
